Notes for the ITP Radio recruitment meeting
September 12, 1:00 PM

1. Who we are: ITP Radio is an Internet radio broadcast for the ITP community. We are entering our eleventh year.
2. Having a show: Anyone can sign up and do a show for the listening audience in the lounge. However, only shows that are considered “podcast safe” will be streamed over the internet.
3. Projects for Fall 2007 term:

• Overhaul web site. Increase usability.
• Finish building DJ Admin (backend interface for DJs to log/playlist/ archive their shows.
• Branding and image: New logo? ITP Radio dance parties?
• Micro FM radio broadcasts
• Streaming locally
• Jukebox- maintain, improve performance, increase library.
• More original content! Show ideas:

  • Spoken Word or Poetry
